The original

As the direct successor to the A250, the Condor A350 features numerous improvements. The motorbike was very innovative in its time; the much-vaunted single-cylinder engine with a propeller shaft came from the Italian motorbike manufacturer Ducati. For the Swiss army version, however, it was slightly throttled down. The production period extended throughout the 70s. During this period, the considerable quantity of around 3000 units was produced. The entire production from the Condor factories in Courfaivre near Delémont went to the Swiss Army, where it remained in service until 2002. The A350 was thus the last motorbike produced in large numbers in Switzerland. Among other things, the machine was used by the troops for reconnaissance and transport, but it was mainly used by the military police.
