The model of the D-200 S in Mstb. 1:32 also has a Hürlimann power harrow.
The designation D-200 was first used at Hürlimann in 1947. Almost 20 years later, this designation was used again, although this tractor was a completely new concept. Thus, the type S had a fully synchronized transmission, 18 gears as well as all-wheel drive.
At Hürlimann, the model designation D-200 was first used in 1947. At that time, this tractor still had a gearbox with worm drive. Although in 1966 the model designation D-200 was used again, this model had a completely new technology and was therefore no longer comparable with the previous model D-200. The new model D-200 was available with two different gearbox variants. For a corresponding surcharge, the farmer could also opt for the fully synchronized "Hürlimann Synchromatic transmission" with 18 gears or even for all-wheel drive.
The Hürlimann power harrow was already widely used in the 1940s. For the new larger Hürlimann tractors, there was already a larger power harrow, which was suitable for two-furrow plowing. However, for simultaneous two-furrow plowing and harrowing, a tractor with four-wheel drive was required.
