The AAA fleet comprises six helicopters and twelve ground ambulances and specializes in rescues and repatriations. Since 2013, Alpine Air Ambulance has been stationed at Birrfeld airfield in the canton of Aargau. Other bases in Switzerland and abroad have since been added. The focus is on missions in the midlands as far as the Principality of Lichtenstein. Our models are based on ambulances used in the Zurich area and eastern Switzerland.
