Anyone who wanted to have a mobile telephone communication system and stable TV reception anytime and anywhere in the mid-1970s had to invest a lot of money. The Saudi Arabian businessman Joseph E. Adjadj, at that time owner of the label 'TAG' - short for Technique d'Avantgarde - had the necessary small change and cherished the dream of no longer being able to do his work at his static desk, but while traveling.
He commissioned Franco Sbarro to realize his mobile workroom, who built it on the base of a conventional Cadillac Eldorado. While the front section, together with the 8.2-liter, 350 hp V8 engine, corresponded to the production model, Sbarro completely redesigned the rear section.
The generous rear body required an additional rear wheel axle for stability reasons, as a result of which the mobile office reached an impressive length of 7.1 meters and weighed three tons when ready to drive. A top speed of 170 km/h was specified.
